100% Consensus !! A myth

If you are thinking that 100% of people surrounding you will like your thoughts, words and actions than you are under the highest level of misconception. When, what is said by Jesus, Mohammad, Rama, Krishna, Buddha, Mahavira or any other great religious leaders is also not acceptable to all, how do you expect that your thoughts would be. Few persons agreeing or disagreeing to you does not make you right or wrong to the rest of the world.

Arthur Freeman in his book “10 Dumbest mistake smart people make” said that Don’t believe your press agents and don’t trust your critics. Use your own judgement. People may have vested interests in supporting or opposing you. People may not be as intelligent and wise as you are or just be ignorant about your field. You do whatever you think it is right. Take the advise of trusted ones only. It is not necessary that even all your trusted ones will agree with your thoughts, idea and action but even if a few like it, you can think about implementing it. The only one who should be convinced 100% is you

All revolutionary changes were done by people, who had the entire world against them. It does not mean we do not take advise or stop listening all. It just means that trust your own guts and act with determination and dedication. Everyone can not like your poem, painting or song. It does not mean you stop writing, painting or singing.

5 Tips about your initiatives:
1. Take the action if you are convinced. Let the entire world stand against you.
2. If you are not sure, take opinion only from those who are experienced and can be trusted.
3. Act on your idea, thought with full determination and dedication.
4. In case you realise mistake at later stage do not hesitate in seeking apology from all concern.
5. Take the expert help if needed.
